Marketing Co-Ordinator

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement strategies to strengthen our position in key target markets, identify and capture new business leads and coordinate marketing campaigns across TWO of the Coffs Coast’s largest resort properties.

This is your chance to work with a dynamic and independently run resort property group where each day presents new and exciting opportunities. As the Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for the execution of a variety of marketing activities supporting the Group Marketing Manager to maximise share of market, ensure brand consistency, and support the sales teams.

You will work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to create and implement online marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at lead generation for the sales team. You will play a hands-on role in delivering the guest experience and be a versatile and active part of the team during key events.

Duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Create content for and manage social media channels
  • Coordinate advertising across a broad media mix including print, digital, TV and radio
  • Design and manage EDM and work to grow key audiences
  • Design and arrange production of marketing materials
  • Write and forward press releases to local, state and interstate media
  • Coordinate memorabilia activities for the Resorts

The successful candidate must:

  • Have 3+ years experience at a marketing assistant or coordinator level
  • Have a strong understanding of digital and social media marketing with a creative edge
  • Have experience using Adobe design suite
  • Have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication communicate
  • Have strong organisational skills with a record of consistently delivering results
  • Have a valid NSW driver’s license
  • Understanding and love of golf an advantage

This is a part-time position working 3 days per week with the possibility of a full time role for the right candidate. You may be required to work such hours as are necessary for the satisfaction of your duties. Some weekend work may be required at times during key events.
