Once your booking is confirmed, you are required to notify us of any cancellation or modification to the booking. 100% of the accommodation amount will be charged for no shows.

48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY – ALL ROOMS
48 Hours notice prior to arrival is required via email to cancel or modify your booking. 100% of your booking total will be charged if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival. Payment for accommodation will be charged within 48 hours prior to arrival. If the card provided declines and the property is unable to contact you, your reservation will be cancelled.

HOLIDAY POLICY – ALL ROOMS

14 Days notice prior to arrival is required to cancel or modify your booking with no charge. 100% of the total booking will be charged if cancelled inside 14 days.
Payment for accommodation will be charged within 14 days of arrival. If the card provided declines and the property is unable to contact you, your reservation will be cancelled.

 

PLEASE NOTE

Upon check-in we require a pre-authorisation of $150.00 on a debit or credit card. This does not need to be the card you booked with and can take between 1-14 business days to go back into your account. We do not offer cash bonds at this property.

Our restaurant Bayside Bar and Grill is currently open for breakfast from 7.00am to 10.30am, then re-opens for dinner from 4.30pm to 9.00pm. (Dine in or take away)

The golf hut is available during the day with a limited selection of hot food, coffee, cold drinks and snacks. Pizza menu only on Monday nights at Bayside Bar and Grill. Happy hour daily from 5pm.

Pacific Bay Resort is a Strata titled property. As such many of our rooms are individually styled. Allocated rooms may not always present as per styling in photographs.
