This role is perfect for someone who is confident in their own ability, a natural leader, who is career hungry and determined to work hard to drive the restaurant forward.

The successful applicant must demonstrate proven supervisory experience, superior knowledge of food and beverage operations and product knowledge, and be able to motivate, train and lead staff through a combination of excellent communication skills and a friendly and ‘hands on’ work ethic.

This is still a hands-on role where floor service is a must and you will enjoy working on the front line where you can still interact with and serve people and build and harness positive relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervision, training and coordination of all Restaurant staff and service
  • Assist in the development, implementation and compliance of departmental policies and procedures
  • Restaurant setting, greet and seat guests, take orders, serve and clear tables
  • Promote the Resorts facilities to potential clients in particular the Restaurant and Function facilities
