Sat outside and partook of lunch and watched the world go by! Including the colourful fish that presented themselves for viewing beside us. Food great. Returned a couple of days later for a wine and easy dinner. Bar area inside very novel with the barman person being in a sunken area. Ambience great! read less

The newly refurbished room was very good, clean and comfortable with new bathroom and comfy bed. Only a small cupboard with fridge and kettle etc. so no cooking facilities but we were only there one night so it didnt bother us.
We were very confused because we had actually booked Resort Drive apartments which was subsequently removed from most websites and we wondered whether to cancel. So glad we didn't as what has actually happened is that some of the apartments in Pacific Bay resort were privately owned and known as Resort drive apartments and have now been taken over by Pacific Bay. Just ensure you are getting one of the refurbished rooms as there are a few which aren't done yet. read less

Check in was smooth and simple. Provided with a map to locate our room (1 bedroom apartment). Would like to have seen some lights on the roads to help find our way around, but map and good directions helped.
Room was very practical and well laid out, although showing signs of age (In fairness I did read somewhere that there rooms are currently undergoing renovation).
Would like to go back and spend more time at some stage. read less

What a lovely place to chill! The service is superb, the bar and restaurant staff are brilliant, and they can do an excellent pizza for just over 20 Australian dollars.
Highly recommended, good pool, lovely setting!
