We stayed here for our wedding and had everyone come from afar. Enough room for everyone and it was a great time to have everyone together. Reception was fun and the food is great. Plenty of activities to do and planning to move to Coffs to enjoy more of the area

Decided to stop for 1 night. Had been here 15 years ago. Pleasantly surprised! Especially as we were told by friends it was now very out dated. Our 1 bed apt was updated and really nice! Also spacious. The resort itself is restful and green just. There was a singer at the bar and a decent enough restaurant. We were super happy and would stay again even come back for a mini vacation. It was good value too.

Absolutely loved it!

Beautiful, happy, cheery staff! Always a great sign of a good place to stay. Excellent food and a great spot. Very happy with the rooms as well.

We only stayed one night but are going to stop there on our drive back. If you are in Coffs Harbour and this isn’t where you stop, you are nuts!

Brilliant resort. Stayed a few days in a great room. Clean, refurbished with new furniture and fittings, and fully repainted and retiled.
Top views over 9 hole par 3 golf course. 3 pools. Activity centre for children. Private beach is a few minutes walk. Lovely lush surroundings.
Couldn't be better. Restaurant on site with bar is very good and reasonable prices.

I had my wedding at Pacific Bay Resort. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to Sharon who helped make the process of wedding planning so easy. The venue is beautiful, the food delicious and the rooms were lovely. My family and friends all stayed at the resort and the convenience of having everything so close was perfect. The views were really incredible. We enjoyed every part of spending our special day at Pacific Bay Resort.

We stayed a week at a studio room, which was large enough and comfortable and had a good balcony. The grounds were. are will kept and they’re also nature walks. and short walk to the beach we use the pool gym and spa and sauna facilities. Everything worked fine. We also had great service from the staff and enjoyed sitting on the outdoor deck at the bar in the evening for happy hour was very pleasant.

The apartment exceeded my expectations, being clean, spacious, and comfortable.

However, the exceptional customer service provided by your team, particularly Molly, was the highlight of my stay.
From the moment she handled my booking over the phone, Molly displayed an unparalleled level of guidance and thorough knowledge of the property. Her expertise convinced me to book directly with the hotel.
Coincidentally, she was present upon my arrival and continued to provide outstanding customer service.
Jimi and Jess were also exceptional and very friendly. The individual responsible for hiring your front office staff is clearly doing an excellent job.

I highly recommend this establishment and will undoubtedly return.

Fantastic conference facilities, service & accommodation also couldn’t fault.
